Tumblr Comments Box Needed

How can I add a comments box to my tumblr blog? Tumblr says they have an option to install but it doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas?

Do you mean the ask box? It's under Settings. Check "Let people ask questions." Here's a video, if that helps.

Some themes don't support disqus, which is pretty much the only game in town for Tumblr comments. There isn't an easy way to search for disqus-compatible themes besides google, but a good portion are. You'll also need a disqus account to make comments work right.
