ApartmentRatings.com?
Don't people realize that most managers know who post most of the negative ratings on ApartmentRatings.com and that most of the negative posts are from problem tenants, not the good ones? And don't people know that ApartmentRatings.com doesn't limit people to one negative posting and sometimes the negative postings are from only 1 person many times and aren't really valid postings? Plus look what Kingsley Associates wrote.
