Interesting websites and blogs

One of my favorite things about Metafilter is discovering cool websites and blogs that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I'm sure I missed on many of them, though, so post your favorites here!
Here are some interesting ones I have in my reader:
Scientist At Work - a New York Times blog where different scientists write about the work they're doing out in the field.
The Basketball Jones - Very funny NBA blog. Lots of great pictures, videos and even a podcast
Ptak Science Books - a blog on the history of science. Lots of great historical images and information
This Recording - very well written movie reviews or just essays on artists
Deconcrete - a unique look at architecture and public space
