Where can I find xylitol, erythritol, and xanthan gum in NYC? Any general recommendations of places that carry low-carb groceries would most appreciated, too.

I've seen a Japanese brand at M2M on Third Avenue, but haven't bought it there in a while. Also, one of the major sugar-free brands switched to xylitol not long ago -- might be Trident but I'm not sure.

I've used powdered fruit pectin as an alternative to Xanthan Gum. Maybe that'll help a little.
