Name this tune! (Soul/R&B)

I have just the above clip, and no clues..... I need to know who sang it and the title... The lyrics are:

Response by poster: I have no qualms about doing this, I really need the money. (And it's $100 now).

Also, it's not Tina Britt or Brenda Holloway.
