On November 8, 1940 was Munich Germany bombed by the RAF.
I am looking for a primary source on the internet.
I have tried many google searches . A link with any information would be helpful. A viewable newspaper, RAF public data etc.

I'd imagine Nov 8th local to where the war was happening which is only one time zone +/- an hour at the time.

LONDON, Nov. 9--A few minutes after Reichsfuchrer Hitler had finished his speech last night in the beer cellar in Munich where he celebrated the anniversary of his 1923 Putsch. Royal Air Force bombers fired the hall, according to declarations by officials here today. NY Times, Nov 10 1940.

If you read German, you could look at what a search in google scholar turns up using these terms
8. november 1940 münchen bomben
Paraphrasing the content of TheRaven's link, a secondary source - obviously - it seems that the whole enterprise was initiated to disturb the annual NSDAP jubilee of the march on the Feldherrnhalle
A transcript of Hitler's 8 November speech (in Munich) is online; first hit on Google on those search terms. [Not linking; the page is clean in terms of popups, but the site it comes from is disgusting, not to be touched with a mile-long pole.]

There was a recent article about how the bombing of Coventry, England was in direct retaliation for the attack on Munich.
