Can anyone personally recommend a solid tax attorney in or around Portland, Oregon, with experience handling back taxes and liens? Thanks in advance.

I don't know any personally, but visit www.osbar.org and look for the Referral and Information Services phone number. They can connect you with an attorney who can help.
