I recently heard that Pterocarpus marsupium extract can be beneficial for those of us with high blood sugar. Have you tried it yourself? Has it been helpful? Have you seen results? Any side effects?

Some sketchy journal has an abstract that says it's comparable to metaformin

Intermittent fasting (12-24 hours) also happens to be incredibly effective at reducing high blood sugar, I have several studies tagged on my citeulike demonstrating this effect

Same goes for high-intensity intermittent exercise (intervals), which my sister has used with great success to normalize her blood sugar. Here is a study in nature demonstrating the effect in women.
