Asking for help on book research

Could you take 60-second questionnaire to help me with book research?

Reaching out to Metafilterians to take quick survey for book. Don't want to prejudice your responses by revealing subject yet, but will reveal to anyone submitting responses!

If so, just provide question numbers to which you are saying "yes."

Thanks!!

Here are the questions:

1. Have any major changes occurred in your life recently, especially one involving money, health, or a close relationship?

2. Are you feeling especially good about a recent success?

3. Have you recently invested a great deal of time, money, thinking, or emotion in anything, especially a project or a person?

4. Are you feeling preoccupied or forgetful because you have “a lot on your mind?”

5. Have you been getting into disagreements or arguments lately?

6. Do you feel under an unusual amount of pressure?

7. Have any of your normal routines changed recently?

8. Do you have a nagging suspicion that you are “missing something?”

9. Right now, are you outside your normal routine?

10. Right now, are you multitasking or taking any other shortcuts?

11. Right now, are you feeling annoyed, frustrated, irritable, nervous, or angry?

12. Right now, are you consulting an expert—or are you the expert in the presence of non-experts?

13. Right now, are you either uncomfortable—whether from fatigue, hunger, or pain—or extremely comfortable?

14. Right now, are you the presence of a small group of people that share common goals, interests, or backgrounds (such as friends or co-workers), or in a large group of any kind?

15. Right now, are you performing a task that involves a high degree of thinking, concentration, or creativity?

16. Right now, are you in a situation similar to one in which something inexplicably went wrong?

PS: If you have any friends you can forward the survey to, so much the better!!!

Response by poster: If this isn't the best use of AskMe, if anyone has any suggestions about HOW or WHERE I can do such a quick survey, that would be great!!
