I recorded this from the Voice of Turkey via shortwave on 11955 kHz last Friday. Unfortunately, I didn't make note of the world time, and my meager online language resources don't seem to help me figure it out. What time is she announcing after the pips?

Best answer: I think she is saying "Turkiye'de saat onbir" "In Turkey the time is 11"
