Show Me The Real World Using Street View!

I want to see the world using Google Maps 'Street View'. But I'm not interested in the glitzy, touristy side of the world. I don't want to see Big Ben in London, the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the Imperial Palace in Tokyo or Times Square in New York. No, I want to see the real, everyday world. I want to see the real, everyday side of as many countries as I can. The suburbs and small towns of the world where average people live their lives. MeFites of the world, show me the real side of your country!
I've been using Google Maps' Street View feature a lot lately to look at places I can't afford to go to... places like Paris, Berlin, London, New York and so on. But the more I have done this, the more I get the feeling that these cities are the make-believe version of the countries in which they exist. By that I mean they do not likely represent the real France or the real Germany or the real America. I want to see the real version of these and many other countries... the street views of suburbs that best represent what normal, everyday life is like for someone living in Germany or England or Spain or Russia.
For instance, I live in Queensland, Australia. Queensland is probably known outside Australia for the touristy Gold Coast, Brisbane's South Bank area, or Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays. But that's not the real Queensland. Nor is it even the real Australia. It's in Australia, sure, but they're the tourist meccas... the side of our country Government tourism boards want tourists to see and keep coming back to. Instead, the real Queensland is arguably best seen in the suburbs of Inala, or Ashgrove, or upper-middle class Forest Lake. Checking out the street view of places like this let people outside Australia see what everyday Brisbane is like, where people live and shop and walk their dogs and mow their lawns. Not a koala, kangaroo or Irwin in sight.
So please, link me to places (where street views are available, preferably) that show off the real side of your country. I very much want to see it!

This post was deleted for the following reason: This is more "go do my bidding" than a straightforward answerable question, really. I don't know if askme is really the place for this. -- cortex
