More podcasts like Ill Doctrine?

I want more podcasts/vidcasts like Ill Doctrine.

I find Jay Smooth entertaining, thoughtful, and emotionally and intellectually intelligent at the same time. Who else would I like?

Need not be related to hip-hop, although it certainly could be.

It's a bit more music-focused than Ill Doctrine, but Mixtape Show is pretty good. The guy who runs it often spends a few minutes talking with some interesting insights, etc, and the hiphop is usually pretty darn good (I've been subscribed > 1 year so it can't be too bad :)).
