College without grad records

I need the name of a real college or U that CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF OF GRADUATION for its students who graduated between 1975 and 1985. This might happen for two reasons. 1) It has closed and did not maintain records. 2) The records were destroyed.
Remember, most closed colleges entrusted their records to some other institution -- state govt, other college, etc. What I need is a college that cannot deny that I graduated from it. I have my reasons.
