Sex or sleep, which would you choose.

hypotheticalfilter: What if you had to choose between sex and intimacy, which would you give up?
Both options assume you are in a committed relationship with one person and you plan to stay with them indefinitely. The options are binary, its an either or with a bright line. No quibbling about what sexual contact means, we all have a pretty good idea about what happens when two people are getting it on Vs. laying around in bed just watching a movie.)
Here is what I came up with:
A) For the rest of your lives together, you can fall asleep in the same room or bed, wake up in the same room or bed, and touch in any non sexual way you want.
B) For the rest of your lives you can have any kind of sex you want, touch any way you want but falling asleep in or waking up in the same room or bed is entirely out of the question.
for the sake of the argument, assume people only sleep in beds or rooms, no fair asking about planes trains and automobiles, or asking about people falling asleep accidentally.
Obviously some people don't sleep in the same bed, health reasons, snoring etc. They don't like it and never will, so giving it up is not a hardship in the least. I'm more curious what people that value both would give up.

This post was deleted for the following reason: Yeah, hypothetical chat/surveyfilter is kind specifically warned off against in the FAQ. -- cortex
There is still grey area here. Kissing? Hugging? Cuddling to fall asleep?

Response by poster: To be clear: option a means no sex or sexual contact of any kind.

Response by poster: nitsuj: you might be right, I hadn't posted on ask in a while. I thought it was fairly specific saying would you choose a or b, but can see what you are getting at.

I would give up sex. I think it's easier to masturbate and somewhat make up for it, but I'm hard-pressed to find anything to replace intimacy with another person.
