What is cash gifting GGS?

Has anyone had any success with the GGS (Cash Gifting) system? i am on the boarder line of joining this program and i just want to get a little feed back, because i love helping other people but at the sametime i dont want to get ripped off and not be able to help them because of some scam.... i watched the video and i loved it but i just want to be sure.... thanks
