Upper division online courses?

Which schools offer upper division online couses for non-matriculated students?

I'm not looking to get a fully online degree- I'm already enrolled in university. I'm just looking to get some credits out of the way online.

However, I can't find any upper division classes offered. Everything I can find is 200 level (sophomore level) and below.

Specifically, I am looking for upper division statistics and economics.

There does not seem to be a good place to meta search for this stuff, I had some luck looking at specific schools online programs. Look for distance learning or extension programs. Harvard, for instance, offers quite a few economics courses. I think it may have something to do with accreditation and transferability that very few, if any, online programs offer upper-division courses. Those are usually the ones that your institution most wants you to take with them.

Course numbering systems vary widely from school to school, I would be very careful and make sure any classes you are taking are approved by your school transfer people first. University of Pheonix offers stats and econ courses over 200 in numbering, but they look introductory to me. At my school, anything over 100 is upper division, 200+ are graduate level.
