Name that band!

This is a band I remember listening to about a year ago. They were two brothers who grew up in Florida.

One had moved to Brooklyn and the other had moved to Montreal. They played in a kind of neo-psychelic/shoegaze style but with strong vocal harmonies. They appeared to have been active in the 2010s and were in their twenties at the time. One of their influences was Spacemen 3. I remember watching a Youtube videos in which they sang "Sound of Confusion" on an overnight train in Russia. (It may have been a medley of Spacemen 3 songs; I don't remember). So who are these guys, anyway? I can't remember the name of the band or the titles of their songs. The usual search engines have failed me. Many thanks in advance.

OMG, I had no idea they were from Florida. I came across their Black Country (skip the intro) a while back and have always loved it.
