Who is this band, and how do I give them money for more music?

I recently saw this video video on facebook of some folks dancing to some sweet sweet music. Most people were just like "lol hippies," but I want to know, WHO IS THIS BAND? I know this is a long shot, but I also know it's my only hope.
Cotton dress sock seems to have it - the youtube version of the 'hippies' video is here, and the song is credited.
