Please help me find more songs like Ryn Weaver's "Reasons Not To Die." I'm looking for songs about resilience, thankfulness, humor, and love when dealing with depression.

- I See A Darkness (Bonnie Prince Billy — the version from Now Here’s My Plan. It’s uptempo rather than dirgelike.)

Sam Amidon — Climbing High Mountains
Also, what are your feelings on old gospel and other things that were written as Christian music? Because a lot of that stuff is all about keeping on going in a grim and terrible world and maintaining a spirit of love and thankfulness, but it's totally valid to be like "Nope, that is not my thing."

These Days - Neko Case (less explicitly about resilience, but to me, it gives the sense that things will pass with time)

"Dust and Ashes" from Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812. I can't think of another Broadway show with a showstopper number about being determined to recover from depression.

Good to see some of the other TMG songs that have kept me afloat in my own weird, weird year; this one is maybe a reach but for me it was the song: Heel Turn 2.
