iPhoto/Nero CD incompatibility?

iPhoto/Nero incompatibility? My daughter has an open CD of jpeg photos she took and burned with Nero 6.0. A friend added some more jpegs using iPhoto. Now the only thing that she has access to with My Computer are the iPhoto files. Dad is supposed to have answers, but I'm stumped.

Best answer: In the case of a multisession CD-R like this, when burning the second session the software can either include or not include files that were burned in the previous session. In this case, iPhoto probably didn't include or couldn't recognize the old files. This happens often when burning multiple sessions to a disc with different programs. IsoBuster, a Windows program, should be able to recover the files from the first session that was burned with Nero.

Right on, just want to second zsazsa. I was in a rush to a conference once with 600MB of data on a CD. To be a fancy dan I go and whip up a powerpoint and burn a second session to the CD. Fast forward to the conference and I've got a CD that the machine won't even open. Good times...!

These days I double or triple check multi session discs after I run them...
