Help me identify this modern looking medallion.
I found this medallion in the cup holder of my car. I'm not sure how it got there but it looks interesting enough. Can you help me identify it?

Best answer: The writing looks Thai and the image seems to be of a monk. I googled Thai Buddist Medalians and I'm getting some interesting results.

The face is probably the name of a monk and the temple he's associated. My Thai wife cannot recognize the specific name, she reads the temple as Wat Ang Ceela, the name is Pla Vee soot sama jahn
The obverse is a buddhist blessing. It is meant to be worn for good fortune.
