Big non-skid pads for glass surface

Is there something better than this type of pad for a BIG glass table?
After weeks of waiting for my big glass table to be delivered, they show up with those tiny bumper pads you can see in my picture, which I think look ridiculous. Is there something better that can be used? They must be non-skid and be able to hold under the weight of a more than 400lb glass surface. The round metal thing there is 5cm or just a tiny bit under 2in.
