Instapaper / Read It Later for PDFs

Is there a service or setup that replicates instapaper for pdfs?

I love the simplicity of instapaper in syncing pages, and articles, straight from the web to an easy to access list on the web or on my iPhone (I've read this, I haven't read this).

Is there an equivalent for pdfs? I suppose dropbox could work, but anything I have to manage myself always ends up going off the rails.

Thoughts?

Best answer: There's Mendeley. Not as simple as Instapaper but if you drag a pdf onto Mendeley, it will automatically sync the pdf and annotations to all devices (other computers and iphone/ipad/ipod touch; Android is under development).

Best answer: For more of a one-click method, you could sign up for Pinboard and use the Firefox add-on. So, right-click on the pdf link and choose Bookmark to Pinboard. It will be available on anywhere else at pinboard.in/u:username

Best answer: I use Goodreader which now syncs with dropbox, just drop the pdfs in your designated dropbox folder.
