What are the best online resources for new World of Darkness players?

I'm looking for information and resources for both storytellers and players. "New" has a dual meaning in my question as we have never really played a pen and paper RPG before and we are playing the new World of Darkness. There are lots of pages listed at White Wolf's links page, but not many seem to have much content.

Best answer: I'd suggest tackling the challenge of being a new storyteller / player separately from the challenge of being new to the WoD.

Robin's Laws of Good Gamemastering is the best resource for game masters out there, no matter what system you are using.
