Help me kill someone (for fiction)

I am working on a novel and I need help finding appropriate murder targets. Details below.
I just started a crime novel to help me deal with my frustration in several areas. For example, the first person to die is a fictional character who somewhat closely resembles the political architect of family separation at the border, the Muslim ban, and similar crimes enabled by the current US political administration. Please note: none of this is real, it is all made up and a piece of fiction. Nevertheless, it has been deeply satisfying to write the death of this guy’s fictional doppelgänger.
So I need two more characters to kill off. In my fictional world, these are characters who have reason to be in Stockholm, where I now live and where this novel takes place. More importantly, their deaths should make the world a better place in some obvious and satisfying way, even if only theoretically.
Like me, the murderer has grandchildren. She worries about global warming, racism, saving democracy. Candidates for being dispatched do not have to be based on real human beings but they should be grounded in enough reality that getting rid of them is a net good for the planet and the people on it. So I need to know why this character needs to die and how his death (only killing off white men, thanks) makes the world a better place. Is he a money launderer somehow screwing over poor people?
It’s not that I could not make up something myself. It’s more that it was so much fun to kill off someone I despise that I’m looking for a similar character so I can enjoy that satisfaction again. But since it is set in Europe, I genuinely cannot kill off, as an author, all of the American politicians, advisors, and others I would like to see gone.
For example, I’d be super happy to kill off a fictional Julian Assange, and I may do that, but I can’t see how that would make the world, the US, or Sweden significantly better. But I can totally see the improvement if the Mr. family separation character shuffled off this mortal coil.
I don’t need any help with how or where to get rid of a character. I just need help with whom to choose. If you cannot think of an especially deserving evil character but know about an obscure but vital job or skill that lends itself to evil ends, then tell me about that job or skill. That would also be helpful.
At the moment I am blue from seasonal affective disorder and the remnants of a cold, so please be gentle with me. If you think this is stupid question, kindly skip answering. Many thanks!
