Looking for a professional editor, proofreader, writer

I'm looking for a superb professional editor and proofreader for academic papers intended for a publication in academic journals. Ideally, they would have 5+ years of full time editing experience and education background in English, Literature, or Journalism. Experience working with academics would be a bonus (e.g. familiarity with Latex). Would you know anyone you could recommend?
