Using a Replicator to Clone

In a post-scarcity non-star trek world, you have a replicator. Can you use it to successfully clone people? What would be the caveats?

For the purposes of this question, let's say that the replicator takes an instantaneous (or near instantaneous) but perfect recording of a person down to the subcellular level to clone them.
