USB MP3 Player Mangement Software

Looking for software to load onto my USB MP3 player that will facilitate easy management of music and podcasts on said USB MP3 player. Any ideas?

Specifically, if there is anything out there like Floola, but for USB MP3 players that would be great. (I especially like the Last.FM integration). The closest thing I could find after many minutes of Google searches is MyPodder, which only helps on the podcast front. Perhaps that is all I can hope for. If it makes a difference, I have on of these (and it's alright!):

I just use an old version of Servant Salamander on mine. It's just a file manager, though--no mp3- or podcast-specific features.

MediaMonkey 3 Beta supports USB mp3 players and has a last.fm plugin (see the beta forums)... It's my favorite mp3 / music manager ever.

You didn't specify OS but if on Linux I highly recommend Amarok. It's got Last.fm built in.
