Scotland on the (too) cheap?

Is myguideBritain a reputable operation?

My wife and I are planning a trip from the States (Pittsburgh) to Scotland for August. She found an outfit called myguideBritain online-they seem to advertise extensively. They offer a semi-customized tour plan--you tell them where you want to go, and they offer several options at each place. Both the airfare and hotel prices seem highly reasonable--maybe too much so?

They've got pictures of each lodging, and they're ones that have been written up as at least decent in Frommer's/Rough Guide/etc. Has anyone used myguideBritain before? Are they reputable?

We used Myguidebritain for our anniversary trip to England, Scotland, and Wales in October, and I highly recommend them! All the details went off without a hitch, the places they found for us were wonderful, and they really worked with us to narrow down our trip (our original itinerary was way too ambitious and they offered very good suggestions for making it more logical). I'd definitely use them again.

If it helps, their Scottish travel itineraries are sound and the accommodation seems of good quality also, I can vouch for the Glasgow and Inverness hotels as being a-ok.
