Björk's song "Innocence" is really amazing to me. Help me learn more about it.

I know it was produced by Timbaland and Danja, and I know a little about how the beat was produced (apparently by taking samples of someone with a cough). I'd like to know more about the structures of the song - the tempo seems weird - as well as to learn what songs remind you of it, and possibly what equipment was used to produce the sounds used in the beat. If you haven't heard it, there are videos on YouTube.

Well, the cough is actually someone grunting as he whacks a slab of meat, and it's from the song "Clara", by Scott Walker.
