How do I get rid of a right-click option in Win2K? (More inside)

(the one highlighted) will not go away. It's only an option on the desktop system icons, if that makes any difference. Is there somewhere specific in the registry to delete right-click options, some trick I'm missing? I mean, it doesn't actually hurt anything, it just drives me crazy that it's still there.
