Sourcing tracks for a themed CD of dancefloor booty music.

Looking for modern, driving-beat dance music with great hooks. The raunchier the pick-up song, the better!

Current tracks:
Justin Timberlake - Rock Your Body
Kevin Lyttle - Turn me on
Next - Too Close
Shakira ft Wyclef Jean - Hips Don't Lie
Nelly Furtado & Timbaland - Promiscuous
Cory Lee - The Naughty Song
Pussycat Dolls - Beep

Songs that didn't make it on the list even though I like 'em:
Any Marvin Gaye - (though I love him to bits, I want more recent tracks)
Andre 3000 - Spread (perfect thematically, song is too experimental for the mix)
Kylie Minogue - Can't Get You Out of My Head (perfect sound, not raunchy enough, though I'm on the fence)

How's that for ridiculously specific? Would love to hear it if you have more.

You'll really need "Pussy" by the Lords of Acid.

ANYTHING, literally, ANYTHING produced by Timbaland, including most of the Justin Timberlake CD, almost anything by Missy Elliott (in fact, anything by her not produced by Tim is probably perfect, too), some Jay-Z, Bubba Sparxxx, and his own semi-solo stuff with Magoo.

Most stuff produced by the Neptunes, too--"Beautiful" (Snoop Dogg), other JT stuff ("Senorita," "Like I Love You).

Try Mannie Fresh, too. Obv. 50 Cent has some over-the-top raunchy stuff ("Candy Shop," "Magic Stick") but it's not his best. Cee-Lo has a song or too that might suffice.

Peaches (female singer) is an incredible songwriter who's just about as raunchy as you can get, but she may be too edgy/"indie" for what seems like a pretty mainstream mix.

Oh, and recent Prince--"Black Sweat," for example, is much better than it has any right to be, and is, like any good Prince song, so raunchy that you'll blush.

Outhere Brothers - Boom Boom Boom (XXX Mix)

Janet Jackson - Come On Get Up
Jon B. - Don't Talk
Usher - Yeah

Oh, and (also sort of obviously) the most Ying Yang Twins tracks and David Banner's "Play," but those are, to me, less raunchy and more just gross.

Oh, and nearly anything by Spank Rock will do the trick. I recommend "Sweet Talk."

Also, mostly anything by Har Mar Superstar.

Response by poster: This is awesome, thanks! Keep 'em coming, indie, mainstream or otherwise -- for this mix I don't care where it comes from as long as it's catchy, rude, and you can dance to it.

Consider putting on some M.I.A. This is the official site, but the link seems broken right now...

I particularly recommend tracks off her album with Diplo, called Piracy Funds Terrorism. Check out "Sunshowers (Diplo Mix)" particularly.

Plus, she may be unknown to some of the listeners of this mix and she's topical.

Note that M.I.A. is not lyrically raunchy, but is definitely good sex / ass shakin' music.

There's DJ Funk - "Ass n' Titties" is a famous song of his. He's been described as "booty house".

Maybe pick up a "booty house" or "ghetto house" compilation.

Most raunchy/sex-topicked M.I.A. = "URAQT" and "10 Dollar" (mashed up with "Sweet Dreams" on the PFT mixtape and called "China Girl")

"Dr. Bootygrabber" by the Detroit Grand Pubahs sounds about right for this compilation.

They also have a song called "We can make Sandwiches" that I like a lot. It's more dance-able, esp. some of the mixes by Soulwax. Sample lyrics from it:

You can the bun, And I can be the burger girl
So make your thighs like butter, easy to spread
And we can make sandwiches

"All Day Long I Dream About Sex (with you)" by J.C. Chasez?

I remember a song that was something like, "Face Down, Ass Up" It was pretty raunchy and more techno-ish, but it's got the raunchy and dance things going for it.

"Something Hot" by the Afghan Whigs.

Detroit Grand Pubahs. What zpousman said, plus "One Hump Or Two?".

And mammary16 is talking about DJ Assault, not DJ Funk. (Unless there's a DJ Funk who also has a song called "Ass 'n' Titties".)

It's not recent, but this soundtrack is worthless without any 2 Live Crew.

Benny Benassi! Satisfaction and Who's Your Daddy are his masterworks. Acoustically horny music, and somewhat subtle (at least compared to my next reccomendation).

My favorite track of this type is Dirty Robot by Arling and Cameron. Some of their other work may be applicable.

None of the following is really my style, but I figure I'll mention it anyway.

Check out Ishkur's Guide, particularly under house (look at the Booty section).

Lords of Acid (mentioned above) are the masters of awesomely obscene music. If you censored the track it would this mix. Which is a distillation of a genre that sounds somewhat what you're looking for (Rod Lee - Hey Shorty is amazing forthright in telling people to fornicate).

There is a DJ Funk, who is well known for spinning and producing booty house tracks (aka ghetto house). Tracks include "Weed in My Life", "Doggy Style", and "Pop Dat Thing". You've probably heard samples of it before ("if theres hoes in this house and you see 'em point em out" "beat that bitch with a bat", etc)
His website has a sample that plays at the front page (here). Other artists include Dj Deeon and Fast Eddie.

I used to dj at house parties, and dj funk usually got people moving when my usual tracky techno failed. Also, I'll seond the Detroit Grand Pubahs - Sandwiches is a fun track and goes over well.

Also, what about Kayne West? Maybe some of the older Tribe Called Quest?

Anything from the new comp of remixes by Ghislain Poirier - Bounce Le Remix. HOT remixes of HOT jams, but not totally played out. The Ying Yang remix and the remix of "Drop It Like It's Hot..." are especially hot, and there is an amazing remix of "Ice Ice Baby".

Almost anything by the Afghan Whigs gets my motor running, but I wouldn't call them dancefloor music.

Naughty Girl - Beyonce
I Like That - Houston
The Jump Off - L'il Kim (actually, anything by L'il Kim)
Missy Elliott - Dog in Heat
Missy Elliott - Work It
Nina Sky - Turnin' Me On
Lords of Acid - Pussy
Peaches - F*ck the Pain Away (maybe TOO raunchy)
Nelly/Murphy Lee - Shake Ya Tailfeather
Basement Jaxx - Get Me Off
Ludacris - Southern Hospitality

This Dirty South hip-hop (warning: iTunes) playlist has some good stuff, too.

Nasty Girl - Inaya Day

(Includes lyrics such as "I'm lookin for a man who'll do it
anywhere, even on the limousine floor...")

Horny - Mousse T
I see you baby (shakin' that ass) - Groove Armada

Ufez Jones is right. 2 Live Crew is timeless for this purpose.

"Touch It" - Monifah
"Dip It Low" - Christina Milian
"My Neck, My Back" - Khia (I think that's the name)

Definitely 2 Live Crew

and a little older but still good: "Do Me" - Bell Biv DeVoe

JMOZ was probably referring to "2D2F" by Avenue D. I know it's on the Erlend Oye "DJ-Kicks" album (K7). It has some great lines in it, but it's more a cautionary tale of the risks getting plastered.

Also, I remember an album called "Porno Tunes" or something like that. I don't remember it being all that good, but there might be a track that redeems it.

This is not the place to ask, as you've seen. Ignore these sexless dorks and try ILM (ilx.wh3rd.net).

In the meantime:
