Googling reveals: "T.I.B.W.F." is featured in a series of commercials for 1800 Tequila and in the sixth episode of This American Life.

Does it maybe mean something like "Tequila is better with... [something that starts with F]?" like, "Friends"?

Bing says it's "The Indestructible Beat of West Frankfort," but it could be lying. It tells me that it also stands for "tryptophan-indole-lysine-tryptophan-phenylalanine."

A comment on the YouTube page says only:
“This Is Bullshit Without Friends”

Some randos commenting on this page cite "This is better while fucking" and "This is bullshit without friends". Occurs to me that "food" is another thing that would slip in easily for the 'F'.

Google is citing The Budos Band Wikipedia page, which is saying that the track was used in the commercial and in TAL. I don't think the song was written for either of those things, so I don't think it's much evidence.

The internet doesn't seem to know this acronym as anything other than the Budos Band song, so they likely made it up. I suggest writing them to ask--and then tell us, please!
