Help me get into my gmail

I may have accidentally changed my gmail password Thurs night while fiddling around with a password in Doordash. Help me sign in?
I was fiddling around with doordash the other night, not sure if i inadvertently changed my gmail password, but it is telling my that my current password is wrong. I never touch my passwords usually and store them in Keepass/Strongbox. But fine, let's say I accidentally changed it. I don't know it, obviously. I keep trying to authenticate myself by having them do a password recovery check by sending a 6 digit code to my phone. I type it in, then it asks me for another way to verify, and I use my work email. Get another code, type it in, and it says it will take 48 hours to verify me. This has happened a few times, and I never get that 48 hours after link or any kind of verification possibility after 48 hours. Can anyone help? I've linked it to my work account and my husband's account too. I'm so confused in case you can't tell by this question.
