Positivity for new year

I'm looking for daily messages of positivity for the new year. It could be an app, daily email, podcast, etc. It should remind me to care for myself, be grateful, treat others kindly, etc.

This resource should lean very liberal ideally bit bonus points for things you can share with conservative coworkers.
I care for multiple people with special needs and work in a conservative field as a liberal. I am often tired and need someone to remind me what is important. Daily messages about treating others extra respectfully/kindly or to treat yourself with compassion needed. Ideally workplace positivity centered.

Action for Happiness has monthly calendars with positive ideas and action items for each day.

Some are suggestions, like giving compliments or asking for help (because others get a charge from helping) while some are more concrete, like picking up litter or donating to a food bank.

If you're on twitter, I like the hourly reminders from Tiny Care Bot.

If it doesn't have to be online, I like Pema Chodron's Compassion Cards.

I like getting Notes from the Universe emails each morning. They're a little new-agey/woo-woo, but they are positive and hopeful.

Action for Happiness has monthly calendars with positive ideas and action items for each day.

There is also a phone app with daily messages, if that format works better for you.

I use an Android app called Notifications of Mindfulness. I like it because you choose the text (s) you want as a notification, and the app picks from that list. If you want someone else to choose affirmations for you, it may not be a good choice. I also like it because you can set how many times a day you want to be notified, the active hours each day, the time between notifications, etc.

I follow the aforementioned Action for Happiness on Twitter, so rather than dealing with a whole calendar at once, I get a lovely reminder each day in my timeline. (The tweet for the day usually includes the full calendar, too.)

I also get the Notes from the Universe described above, and 4 days out of 5, it perks me way up. It is a little (a lot?) new agey, but no more so than a cheery horoscope. The emails come about 3 a.m. ET, so I'm just as often reading them before bed to close out the day in an upbeat way as I am to start my day with them.

Kalmya, thank you SO much for asking this question.

I like receiving a short poem every day from Matthew Ogle's Pome newsletter. It's not always positive, obviously, but I do find reminders to notice beauty in the world, express gratitude, remember other's humanity, etc.
