How can I find statistics about the Twitter accounts I’m following?

I’m interested in some basic analysis of the people I’ve chosen to follow on Twitter and the makeup of the timeline I read every day. Things like “who tweets the most/least per day” and “who retweets the NY Times the most often” and “what is the gender breakdown of the people I’m following.”

Trying to Google for this is awkward because (1) Twitter doesn’t have a good word for accounts I’m following (followees?) and (2) most everyone is interested in analytics about their followers rather than followees. Can anyone suggest a service or app that will help? Thanks!

I've used Klout. Nexalogy used to have a plugin for Twitter or Hootsuite that explored connections and trends. Maybe try that. I think there was a big announcement around it.
