Itty Bitty Ditty Committee costumes

On the Bob's Burgers episode called "Itty Bitty Ditty Committee", what were the kids' band costumes supposed to look like? Here's a picture. In fanfare, filthy light thief linked to more pictures in this comment. The costumes look so familiar but I can't figure out who they're supposed to look like. Or are they just funny costumes and not referencing anything?
I think they're a pastiche of different bands. I'm seeing references to Bjork, MGMT, Sonny & Cher, KISS...

Pretty sure the one in the war bonnet is a Village People reference, as well.

I am reminded a bit of Of Montreal, sort of. (e.g., see this image from a few years ago).

Response by poster: They DO look like Of Montreal! I thought Louise was dressed up like a flower, not wearing a headdress, hmmm. That made me realize that her look might just be her normal bunny ears hat made rockstar-like. Aziz Ansari's character always has a vest, so maybe the same thing for him. (Yes, Gene is a hamburger, but he's a hamburger in an Elvis/Evil Knievel Outfit and cape with a mullet.) Regular Sized Rudy is very Adam Ant.
