Any recommeded movers in Boston?

Can anyone in the Boston area recommend some semi-reliable and (hopefully) inexpensive movers?
Gentle Giant. As mentioned, not cheap but I had a great experience with them. They moved us from Cambridge to Western Massachusetts.

Third recommendation for Gentle Giant. This spring, I had some cabinetsmoved from Malden to West Virginia by two young guys who might have been located in Somerville. They were fantastic and might be interested in a small house move. I don't have their contact information handy (will in a few days) but the name of their business is "Intelligent Labor".

Nick's Movers are fantastic! They were super nice- they showed up about 20 minutes earlier than they were scheduled, started moving stuff right away, and didn't charge for that extra time (plus, they were really efficient and hard working).

I used Nick's Movers too, and they were great. Helpful, they didnt make a fuss when I had them wait while I ran to hand back the keys, they had helpful suggestions about unloading/unpacking, and they were just really friendly.

For JP, my rental agent recommended Dragonfly Movers. Said they took great care with her Victorian furniture. So far, my contact with them has been really good.

Best answer: I've used Charles River Movers for 3 apartment moves and an office move and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I got quotes from three places (Gentle Giant and Nicks, actually) during my move in 2004 and they were the cheapest. On time, speedy but careful and the expendables charges (tape, shrink wrap) were reasonable.

Response by poster: I don't know how Gentle Giant and Nicks would have done, but Charles River Movers finished moving me today and got everything done from beginning to end in 3 hours and 45 minutes with a 40 minute drive. The price "felt" expensive but I think all moving does. (They were the lowest quote as FreezBoy noted).
There were no hidden charges, and the movers were nice, didn't break anything and were on time. Ask to have Troy as one of your movers- he's even good at figuring out how to lay out your new home . . .

They actually made moving fun, which has never happened to me before.
