Hi
I am looking for a computer application that has a number of index cards that when one clicks on of them they reveals the context of that card in another page. I guess it can also be a power point applications.
Hope I made my self clear.

Response by poster: We had people turn in "intervention cards" for safety day at work. I would like the names to be in front of the cards and when on clicks on the card. What every the person wrote regarding intervening would be displayed.

Evernote may work for your purposes. Its layout lists note titles in a side bar, which can then be clicked to display the note's content on the larger main screen.

Best answer: A Jeopardy PowerPoint template would work. Change the answers to the names, and the questions to the responses.
