Can anyone tell me anything about this striking building or work of art? Who, where, etc.? Thanks. Have a look, I think you'll like it.

Best answer: It's in Riga, Latvia. I ran the image through Tin Eye and found this page with some more information about Riga's art nouveau district.

Best answer: Found some more... it was designed by Mikhail Eisenstein and is at Elizabetes 10b.
