Windows utility to extract a specified list of files from .zip and .rar archives?

Have some huge zip and rar files, and a file listing of contents. Have created a list of which ones I want to extract, and only those. Want to be able to do this with GUI or command line.

If command line, I'd like to create a batch file that will pluck those files I need out of the archive one at a time.

If GUI, I'd like to be able to filter the contents based not only on their filenames, but (here's the trick) their pathname, i.e., only those that have a certain string in the path. None of the utils out there seem to offer this - they let you search by filename alone.

Hive mind??

Try the free Cygwin system's "unzip" tool. It should allow you to do this.
