Find a prank call -- someone referenced star-69

I need help finding a specific prank call. [More inside]
I think (but am not sure) that it's a celebrity prank call (Schwarzenegger, Hartmann?) or possibly one by the Jerky Boys.
Here's what I know for sure:
* The victim is a male with a Southern accent
* He says the words: "You don't know who you're talking to!!"
* He also says: "Did ya ever hear of star 69?"
This has been driving me crazy for a long time. I've searched around but can't find it, nor can I seem to remember anything else about it. If someone can hope me, I'd be very grateful!

Response by poster: rxrfrx: If it was a Schwarzenegger one, it was made with one of those sound boards. The problem is that there are tons and tons of them...

I vaguely remember something like that done by a radio station. For some reason I think it might have been posted on Something Awful.
