Who are the other Starwood Lurkers?

Apart from the "Starwood Lurker," what are the best examples of a corporate brand successfully maintaining an online persona, in the form of an actual voice who goes on other sites?
Parameters:
- I'm not talking about corporate websites.
- I'm not talking about Twitter identities.
- I'm not talking about a blog about the corporation, by the corporation.
I'm talking about a human being who goes around and responds to things posted online about their employer.
Who besides Starwood is doing it? And who is doing it successfully? And has anyone written about best practices for doing it?

Well, also on Flyertalk there was YourAAdvantageVoice.
GoogleGuy was an extremely prominent example.

Well, this is kind of obvious, but there's Anil Dash who often addresses Six Apart issues here at Metafilter (example).

A spokesperson from AIG posted a diary to DailyKos in which he answered some questions about the company and its bailout. However, it looks like this has only happened once.

The first one I remember really striking me was TiVolutionary on the www.tivocommunity.com forums. There are now a number of TiVo employees who post there, although I got bored a long time ago.

A couple hours ago I was reading about how the Air Force does this as part of their "social media" work, including a chart of their blog commenting guidelines: The US Air Force: Armed with social media (12/15/08).
