Best, most versatile iOS voice/audio recorder?

When actively songwriting at my keyboard, or just walking down the street, I use voice memos to sketch ideas. The built-in iOS voice recorder is serviceable, but I need something much more versatile. Special snowflake requirements inside.

I would like something that:
*Works with Siri so I can say "start a new memo" or whatever, and it starts recording.
* Lets me view the audio waveforms and add bookmarks to specific timestamps.
* Basic editing capabilities.
* A place for keeping notes along with a recording.
* Ability to easily export as MP3. Ideally, I would store these memos in Dropbox so I don't use up the limited space on my phone.
* Multitrack capabilities would be even better.

I don't need great audio quality, this is just for sketching things, but I find that using something simple is less inhibiting to flow than fumbling with my PC.

Music Memos, GarageBand, or Spire are all ones I’ve tried that would be worth looking into. I’m not sure off the top of my head which ones would have all your desired features but I know they all have at least some.
