Can I get Samsung Notes information off my dead phone?

I extensively used the Samsung Notes app on my (Verizon) Galaxy S10e for two years, and as far as I know, the app backed up my data to somewhere in my Samsung account. A few weeks ago, that Galaxy device died somewhat unexpectedly and I can't power it on or access anything on it. I've since switched to a Google Pixel. How can I access my Samsung Notes?
I've logged into my Samsung account through a desktop browser. It tells me that I have used 16 Samsung Services, but does not list Notes among them -- in fact, it only displays four such services.
I cannot download the Samsung Notes app to my Pixel, apparently. An error in the Play Store reads "Your device isn't compatible with this version."
Can I access my Notes content somehow? Or would I need another Samsung device? I run a Windows 8.1 laptop and also have access to an iPad.
