Directory/association/etc of independent insurance agents

A few months ago I found a comment somewhere (I think actually not on metafilter, bc i looked through my saves here) that lead me to a directory of independent agents that sell medical insurance. It wasn't trusted choice, I'm pretty sure, the site was pretty old school looking design wise and I want to say had a mostly blue-ish aesthetic/color scheme to it, and some pretty small font sizes..
I ultimately found a local broker who helped me with getting a medical plan through it who was quite good. At any rate - does any one by chance know what this national org/site might.. be?
I've gone through all my notes and bookmarks and can't seem to retrace my steps : /
I'm pretty sure that this site wasn't just for medical/health brokers. it also was not catered mainly to individuals, i think it was more geared towards business owners buying employee policies but would work with individuals as well.
