Scleral lenses for keratoconus

Yesterday i learned that my vision abnormalities are due to an irregular astigmatism caused by keratoconus. We're going to try the scleral lenses and monitor it before doing the cross linking. My only healthcare is original Medicare, and I'm very low income. How many brands make the lenses, and how would one afford them more easily? (Looked at a similar Ask and answers don't apply.)
