Unlimited play video arcades still exist?

Are there any unlimited play video arcades in the Portland Oregon area or Sacramento CA area? There used to be arcades in Portland where you pay an entrance fee, get an armband and go nuts. Does this still exist (anywhere)?

Coin Op in downtown Sac (on K St) does free play on the last Sunday of every month. Hit me up if you want to get schooled at Tetris.

Not quite free but Wunderland has several locations, and you pay a low admission, then you can play games for a nickel. Looks like joining their mailing list will get you even lower-cost games and/or admission.
