What Would Cause Low Uric Acid in Blood?

What are all the causes for a consistent low uric acid count in someone's blood?
From the link:
Low levels of uric acid in the blood may suggest:
•Wilson’s disease, which is an inherited disorder that causes copper to build up in your body tissues
•Fanconi syndrome, which is a kidney disorder most commonly caused by cystinosis
•alcoholism
•liver or kidney disease
•a diet low in purines
Purine-rich foods (which this article says are to be avoided; presumably, they're warning about gout) include sunflower seeds, most meats (with lamb and organ meats having the most), and some veggies.
