What frog is this?

This frog-like beastie was hanging out next to our pond. It looked to be about three inches long. My best googling makes me think it's a baby bullfrog but I'm a bit confused by the dazzling yellow chin stripe. This is in suburban Bloomington, Indiana.

I think a bronze frog, a type of green frog (proper, not just frogs that are green).

Response by poster: (Which I meant green stripe which is less a green chin stripe and more of a green cheek. Fortunately I'm not in charge of anything important.)
